The aim of Skiagard Energy Services Ltd HSE is to have a perfect HSE record. From ensuring total compliance with Nigerian and international statutory laws and Standards, We strive not to harm the environment and ensure employees work comfortably and return safely to their families.
Policy
- Ensure that employees are medically fit to perform their job responsibilities through medical certification
- Ensure integrity of Skiagard Energy Services equipment and tools for continuous performance improvement
- Require all personnel to comply with standards and procedures and report all observed hazards that may affect Skiagard Energy Services Ltd operations
- Ensure all incidents and anomalies are promptly reported and analysed in order to improve on procedures
- Include HSE performance in the appraisal of all staff and reward accordingly
- Requires all contractors and third party to manage HSE in line with this policy
- Set target for improvement and measures, appraisal and performance report
- Continually assess environmental impact and reduce it to a reasonably low level
